27″ Antique Bisque Head Cloth Body Doll Unknown maker LOWER PRICE

From a local estate sale. This doll is only marked GERMANY. The original owner had it repaired. She displays beautifully. The head has professional repairs to it. I do not know what extent. The eyes have been set and she has a newer wig. There is glue residue on her head as well. Her arms look original but I am not sure about the body. It is clean and in great shape. She is wearing a reproduction antique christening dress with hat, slip and bloomers that is in excellent shape. She has long black socks with no shoes. No smells or odors. I have had her for about 5 years now and it is time to thin out my collection. Low starting bid! I ship the next business day after receiving payment which is due at end of auction. If she ships for less I will refund the balance to your PayPal account.

Antique Bisque Head Dolls House Gentleman Doll c late 1890′s – 5.5″ Tall

Here we have an antique bisque head dolls house gentleman doll. He has no markings but I would think he is German late 19th century. He measures 5.5 inches high so suitable size for most dolls houses. He has bisque head, forearms and feet. He has blue painted eyes and quite a young face considering he has grey hair and is balding! He has side whiskers or mutton chops and is almost the perfect Victorian gentleman. Almost because he has a rip in his stomach and his original stuffing is starting to come out. I haven’t attempted to fix it as it requires a more skilled hand than mine. I will wrap him tightly for posting to keep the stuffing in him although it is so densely packed it isn’t falling out all over the looks like chipped wood to me or dense sawdust. He is wearing what I think are his original clothes, a maroon thick cotton/felt frock coat and trousers with gold edging and wooden fabric covered buttons. The trousers are very worn on the back and there is some wear on the back of jacket perhaps old moth holes the front is somewhat stained but better than the back. He has a tie on underneath. He has black moulded boots. The bisque parts of him appear to be in ok condition. He is a lovely doll and would look great in an antique dolls house. I always combine postage so please look at my other items .I charge postage at cost only and always refund if I can get it cheaper. Photos are part of the description. Any chairs/tables etc in photos that are not described above are props and not part of this auction. Most of my items are vintage or antique and so will have faults, I attempt to describe these in full but also rely on photos to assist in the description. I accept returns if an item is not as described so please read a description carefully to ensure an item is suitable for you. I am very flexible so please contact me if there are any problems I also welcome information about items I am selling particularly if I have listed something incorrectly. I’m a collector as well as a seller so honestly welcome information and advice. I post abroad, please note that due to Royal Mail changing prices and insurance I can’t send items that sell for £40 and above via standard post. I now have to send those items via tracked and signed for. Both prices are quoted below. For UK buyers I will send items that sell for £40 and above via second class signed for, unless otherwise specified. Under £40 £40 and over UK - £2.80 UK- £3.90 Europe - £5.15 Europe- £10.15 USA - £7.45 USA- £12.45 Australia - £7.90 Australia - £12.90 International buyers please wait for an invoice before paying as I need to ensure the right postage costs are included. 14″ antique bisque head composition German Armand Marseille character baby Doll

UP FOR ADOPTION here is a German character baby doll. Incised on the back of her bisque head is "Made in Germany, Armand Marseille, 560 a, A O M, DRM R 232". Reference attributes this German character baby to German doll maker Armand Marseille 1910+. I do not know the past history of this doll, but will try to describe the best I can with any flaws. This is bisque socket head with composition jointed baby doll body. Doll is strung fine with all fingers and toes intact, nail accents with red lines for that realistic look, there is wear, scuffs, throughout body for being 100 or so years old. Baby measures 14" tall, with a Great expressive face, she has open and close blue glass sleepy eyes that work fine, has feathered brown lashes, painted lashes around the eyes, open mouth with two upper teeth and molded tongue, a little double baby chin accents her charm. I flashed inside the bisque head and do not see any cracks. I notice old glue residue around the head and rim, nothing terrible but need to mention. Head is dirty inside, there is plastic cement that was used to secure the sleepy eyes on rocker as most doll people do. Wears auburn brown mohair wig secure on pate, old and worn but charming with gold hair clip on one side. I will stuff her head with tissue for safe shipping. Wears "adorable" knit one piece outfit that buttons down the front. *Please note her "friend" in my last photo is not included in this auction, she is display only. I have taken plenty of photos. Please look at my photos they will serve as part of this description. If you would like further photos or have questions please email me. This character baby doll has a sweet face and would be a "treasure" for collection or display! Offering AS IS condition shown with No Reserve Auction. I do combine shipping and have other dolls posted on ebay auctions including her "friend" in my last photo. Shipping cost in the US would be $8.00 to $12.00 pending your location in the US, outside the US I ship ANYWHERE worldwide and priority mail international with lots of wrap to protect the doll would be $46.00 and UP pending your location. Please note that Import duties, outside US taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Thank you and Good Luck!

14″ Antique German Bisque Head Doll With Original Wig Marked 5 Kestner?

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!I LOVE international buyers, but I have had some problems, so I MUST make statements as to some of my policies.I only ship PRIORITY MAIL on International sales. If you have any special requests, PLEASE ask before the auction ends. Thank you! 14" Antique German bisque shoulder head doll with a newer cloth body and celluloid lower arms and hands No chips, cracks or hairlines in the bisque head. There are some very minor black kiln marks on the side of her forehead. Marked with just the number 5. I think she is an early Kestner according to Jan Foulke's Kestner book. She has set brown paperweight eyes. She has a closed mouth. Nice soft face painting and creamy bisque. She has her original sparse blond mohair wig. She has her original shoes in poor condition, but still usable. Her black stockings are also in very poor condition. Her dress appears to be vintage fabric and lace, but it closes with snaps-possibly added later. The dress is hand stitched and fits her well. Cute little girl, ready to display! Thanks!
